Shipping policy

—Shipping is $10 USD for orders $0-$50 and $15 for orders over $50 to $100. Free shipping applies to orders over $100 USD. If you're shopping outside the USA, your local currency equivalent will be automatically calculated at checkout.
— orders may arrive in multiple shipments. If so, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each package.

Please note:
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is correctly entered. We ship to the USA, Canada and Australia. We are not responsible for an order placed with an incorrect address.
- Order with the incorrect address will be returned to us. We will refund the item(s) minus any shipping fees associated with that order.
- Socashley Closet is not responsible for courier delays. These may occasionally occur, especially during peak periods.
- Some orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties, depending on the destination country and the order value. These charges are government-imposed and beyond Socashley Closet’s control. We are not responsible for these fees.
- If a parcel is unclaimed or refused, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery can't be arranged by their deadline, the parcel may be abandoned or destroyed by local authorities. No refunds will be issued in such cases. If returned to us, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Our couriers may use Authority To Leave if they deem the delivery location secure. In these cases, Socashley Closet is not liable for lost parcels, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements. We appreciate your understanding.
